Leasing Consultant

Our client offers extensive software and cloud-based solutions and delivers a full range of managed IT, infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), cybersecurity, and business analysis services. They are hiring a Leasing Consultant to oversee the rental of designated equipment.

The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for processing lease requirements and ensuring that all documents are filed accurately, following the standards of property management and clients’ qualifications.

Focus:

Listing current and predictable vacancies on all pertinent platforms. Scouting for prospective lessees. Crafting snag lists in consultation with lessees. Drafting and signing legally sound and detailed lease agreements. Addressing and recording all rule violations. Renewing lease agreements, if desired. Troubleshoots, analyzes, and remedies internal and external customer issues in a timely and efficient manner and within established guidelines. Effectively acts as a liaison between internal departments and outsourcing companies or brokers. Uses knowledge of company systems and performs tasks accurately, to the benefit of the company and its customers. Negotiating the updated features of applicable lease agreements.

Skill Set:

High school diploma required. Associates degree or 2+ years of experience is preferred. Demonstrable experience in equipment leasing. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Ability to sign legitimate tenants quickly. Capacity to write, interpret, and assess lease agreements, including ~40wmp typing and data entry. Excellent verbal communication skills.
