Our client, a national IT services provider, is expanding its consulting bench to support large-scale infrastructure buildouts for a medical client. You’ll work under the guidance of senior engineers while gaining exposure to top-tier networking technologies in a highly regulated, mission-critical environment.

Focus:

Support the deployment of switches, firewalls, and wireless access points across medical facilities

Assist in staging hardware, documenting network topologies, and updating change logs

Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues under the guidance of senior engineers

Contribute to configuration and monitoring of Cisco, Palo Alto, and Aruba systems

Help with lifecycle operations, from onboarding through post-deployment support

Ensure inventory control and help manage firmware/software updates

Deliver quality customer support, aligning with defined SLAs and compliance protocols

Skill Set:

1–3 years of hands-on network support or implementation experience

Exposure to Cisco and Palo Alto networking gear

Understanding of OSI model, routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF), and VLAN management

CCNA or equivalent networking certification required

Familiarity with wireless and VoIP systems is a plus

Strong interest in learning and growing in an enterprise IT consulting environment

Professionalism, accountability, and customer service orientation
