Focus:

Lead the planning, development, and submission of strategic rigging solutions tailored to heavy-lift project requirements.

Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to rigging and support teams, championing a culture of safety, accuracy, and collaborative excellence.

Assign crews according to project complexity, risk assessments, and scheduling needs. Supervise field teams, enforce company standards, and coordinate resource deployment.

Champion a strong safety-first culture through daily communication, on-site inspections, and rigorous enforcement of safety protocols.

Oversee procurement processes, manage tooling requirements, and ensure 5S standards (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) are maintained across warehouses and yards.

Act as a key point of contact for clients both on-site and in-office, ensuring project success, clear communication, and exceptional service standards.

Conduct quarterly performance reviews, set team goals, implement improvement initiatives, and drive operational excellence across projects.

Skill Set:

8+ years of progressive experience in specialty rigging, blending frontline execution with high-level planning and team leadership.

Mastery of rigging techniques involving complex lifts, including skating/rollers, hydraulic gantries, lifting jacks, Broderson cranes, toe jacks, and roustabouts.

Proven ability to manage and scale field operations teams, warehouse, and tooling operations across multiple, concurrent projects.

Adept at communicating technical project needs and updates with external clients and stakeholders.

Skilled in resource allocation, look-ahead scheduling, and project forecasting in alignment with business development and sales teams.
