Our client is a top telecommunications provider, serving customers around the globe. They deliver pioneering IoT solutions in the transportation, logistics, and industrial verticals. Due to growth, they are hiring a IoT Enterprise Sales Director to spearhead the enterprise sales business unit.
The IoT Enterprise Sales Director will work hands-on to penetrate these high-growth markets, targeting enterprise clientele. This individual will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing existing IoT relationships, and recruiting new partnerships to drive direct sales in the enterprise sector.

Focus:
• Strategically work with large, enterprise customers. Hunt for accounts in this area and manage accounts after sign-on.
• Identify large enterprise accounts as prospects for IoT solutions. Translate company IoT and connectivity solutions into meaningful business opportunities for these customers.
• Develop strong business relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise accounts.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quota objectives, driving revenue and acting as a lead generator in business development.
• Track company profits, opportunities, and KPIs to assist in future planning and goal tracking.
• Deliver quarterly and annual reports and forecasts to senior management, with accompanying market analysis and a strategy for revenue growth and addressing key obstacles.
• Track sales productivity via account mapping, call planning, and CRM tools.
• Refine and optimize business processes, workflows, and sales tactics within the business unit.
• Lead technical discussions and exchanges regarding product developments, next generation developments and roadmaps.
• Truly own and sell the value proposition of the company while understanding the industry and the company’s advantages.
Skills:
• 10+ years of solution-based sales or product sales experience with a focus on IoT.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. MBA a plus.
• Strong background in telecom/wireless sales with thorough knowledge of related technologies (LTE, 5G, SMS, etc.).
• Prior success managing complex enterprise accounts.
• Established IoT relationships and/or book of business within the assigned market.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Must be highly motivated and possess a hunter-mentality.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage the enterprise business.
