Our client is a global leader in their field, supplying electronic components to customers across the country. They are hiring an International Tax Accountant to support all aspects of internal and external tax accounting activities for all global entities.
This position will utilize their background in public accounting and focus on reporting, tax preparation, audits, and tax law. They will work closely with global finance teams and external firms to ensure tax compliance.

Focus:
Plan, execute, direct and complete tax reports quarterly and as assigned. Interact closely with global finance teams to provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance. Collaborate with junior tax associates on company processes and procedures as needed. Monitor the tax compliance and composite filing activities for a variety of countries. Work closely with internal teams on tax analysis and provide suggestions for global structure process optimization. Maintain active communication with internal and external teams to ensure compliance, and make sure deadlines are met. Assist on other projects as needed.
Skill Set:
4+ years of public accounting experience in international tax required. Strong skills in corporate tax policies and procedures within an international setting. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, required. CPA license required. Proficiency with tax software, an ERP, and implementation. Strong understanding of accounting best practices and procedures; familiarity with US and global tax policies (i.e., GILTI, FDII, BEAT). Proficient knowledge of OECD tax conventions (e.g., BEPS, anti-avoidance measures). Openness to explore and grasp novel tax policies in diverse nations. Strong organization, verbal, and written communication skills.
