In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team, monitoring phone calls, and overseeing various aspects of our insurance operations. • Strong background knowledge and experience within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, sales techniques, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership, management, and team-building abilities with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
