This position will play a vital role within the Lighting Division, supporting the sales efforts and customer relationships.

Focus:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and promote lighting division products and solutions. Conduct proactive outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify sales leads. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and order assistance.
Create and manage customer accounts in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Support the sales team in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, distributors, and partners. Prepare and follow up on sales quotes, proposals, and contracts. Assist in the resolution of customer issues and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
Skill Set
5+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in CRM and sales software, with familiarity in Salesforce a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of lighting products and applications is advantageous.
