They are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to play a vital role in maintaining customer relationships, promoting quality standards, and driving sales growth.
The Inside Sales Specialists’ responsibilities will include managing customer data, quoting and order entry, coordinating with customers, conducting outbound calls, and contributing to the CRM. Additionally, they will need to demonstrate a willingness to learn about the company’s products and RF applications.

Focus:
Champion a culture of continuous improvement using Lean methodologies. Manage customer data meticulously within the ERP system, including email addresses, delivery addresses, billing addresses, and phone numbers. Facilitate quoting and order entry via the ERP system. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as buyers and purchasing managers. Handle customer inquiries, quotes, orders, tracking, and delivery coordination. Take ownership of customer returns, ensuring timely replacements. Conduct outbound calls, follow up on leads, and identify sales opportunities. Stay current with product/service updates and competitive offerings. Provide valuable input to the CRM system regarding both current and potential customers.
Skill Set
High school diploma or GED required. Preferred technical/electronics experience. Familiarity with RF (Radio Frequency) is preferred but not required. Experience working with an ERP system is a strong plus. Familiarity with international sales is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience in an outbound/inbound call center or related sales role is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software (IFS, preferred). Basic math skills and MS Excel proficiency (sorting, filtering, etc.). Strong organizational abilities, multitasking, and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for both customer and internal interactions. Exceptional customer service, listening, and sales skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and accurately.
