Inside Sales Representative – Fiber, Broadband, SD-WAN

Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative with a keen interest in the telecommunications industry and a preference for individuals with previous inside sales or a similar role experience. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients and guiding them through the process of selecting the right Fiber, Broadband, and SD-WAN solutions.

Initiate and maintain regular communication with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels, establishing and nurturing client relationships. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our client’s Fiber, Broadband, and SD-WAN solutions to effectively articulate their benefits to potential clients.
Work closely with potential clients to understand their connectivity needs, challenges, and business goals. Present our client’s solutions to potential clients, tailoring offerings to align with their specific requirements and business objectives. Conduct virtual product demonstrations to showcase the features and advantages of our client’s services. Create and send detailed proposals and quotes to potential clients, ensuring that the proposed solutions meet their needs and budget. Qualify leads and opportunities to focus efforts on high-potential prospects.
Collaborate with the Senior Pre-Sales Engineer and Sales team to address technical queries and provide support during the sales process. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation. Work towards achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Preferred experience in inside sales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. A basic understanding of the telecommunications industry and a willingness to learn about Fiber, Broadband, and SD-WAN technologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and engaging phone manner. A customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport and understanding of client needs.
A proactive and self-driven individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales. Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a sales team. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
