The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the overall activities of the teams.
This role will include management and account planning, territory planning, pipeline forecasting and development. The ideal candidate will be passionate about managing, coaching, monitoring, developing, and motivating teams to achieve new business goals, customer satisfaction scores, and sales quotas.

Focus:
• Lead and motivate a team of inside sales and customer service professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them succeed.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales/customer service teams, including workload management, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain individual contributor sales responsibilities while ensuring the overall success of the team.
• Deliver both positive and constructive feedback effectively, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth and expanding market reach.
• Utilize CRM and ERP/MRP systems to streamline processes and enhance customer interactions.
• Set and track sales goals and KPIs.
• Provide forecasting reports and contribute to strategic planning.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends.
Skill Set
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in inside sales or customer service management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Sound business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and MRP software as well as other sales tools.
• Background in the electrical space a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Adaptability in a growth-oriented environment.
