Our client, an innovative global supplier spearheading the energy sector, is actively seeking to hire for their Inside Sales role. Operating at the cutting edge of the industry, they provide an extensive array of premium products such as pipes, valves, structural steels, and other specialty items to drive significant energy projects worldwide.
This role is central to fostering long-term client relationships, managing sales processes, and expanding the company’s customer base through strategic engagement and exceptional service.

Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to secure lasting partnerships. Efficiently manage sales quotations and conclude deals. Understand client needs to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities. Provide stellar customer support, resolving queries and issues with professionalism. Maintain and expand a robust prospect database. Proactively seek new business leads and stay abreast of market trends. Champion the company’s products and services, emphasizing value to prospects. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales and customer service efforts.
High School diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a technical field, a plus. Strong background in the EPC, energy, and/or oil & gas industries. Demonstrated success in an inside sales environment, backed by a solid track record. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong presence over the phone. Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing effectively. Familiarity with industrial components, specifically piping and valves, is highly preferred. Experience in dealing with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) or Oil & Gas sectors desired. Competence in Microsoft Excel and the ability to handle technical inquiries.
