As they invest in building out their U.S. presence, they are seeking a driven Implementation Consultant to serve as a vital customer advocate and technical delivery partner. This role offers exposure to global projects, ownership of key client initiatives, and the opportunity to shape implementation best practices at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding for enterprise warehouse management software (WMS), including discovery, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
• Deliver engaging virtual and in-person product demonstrations, user training, and workshops for global customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and product to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and post-implementation support, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries and system escalations as part of a global support rotation (occasional weekend or emergency availability required).
• Draft key documentation including requirements, user stories, functional specs, SOWs, and user guides.
• Gather customer feedback and provide input on product enhancements to technical leadership and product managers.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and mentor junior consultants when appropriate.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management software (WMS) implementation or similar systems within FMCG, retail, or logistics environments.
• Familiarity with labor management systems, voice/RF technologies, and related automation platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to troubleshoot within Linux/UNIX-based systems.
• Experience conducting UAT, writing test scripts, and leading client-facing technical sessions.
• Ability to run requirement workshops, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and document actionable outcomes.
• Comfort navigating agile and matrixed project structures, including experience as both a contributor and project lead.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – capable of translating complex systems into clear, impactful client solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in distribution consulting, enterprise SaaS, or ERP integration is a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of FreeRTOS, Java, or database structures is beneficial.
• Experience operating in a follow-the-sun support model or providing tiered (2nd/3rd line) customer support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field preferred.
