Our client is a leader in the nutraceutical industry, developing winning products that make health more enjoyable. They are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join their team in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in benefits administration, reporting, communication, multitasking, and training. This role is pivotal in supporting various HR functions and contributing to the company’s growth and success.

Focus:
• Manage and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to current benefits offerings.
• Prepare HR reports, communicate effectively with employees and management, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Identify, develop, and implement training programs, enhancing employee skills and contributing to professional growth.
• Manage multiple HR projects and responsibilities, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Foster positive employee relations, resolving issues, and promoting a healthy work environment. Act as a mediator in conflict resolution when needed.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local legal requirements, maintaining compliance with HR regulations.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; relevant certifications a plus.
• 5+ years of human resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in benefits administration, reporting, communication, multitasking, and training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, with a commitment to ongoing learning.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
