As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with the organization’s business objectives. You will work closely with business leaders and employees to foster a positive and productive work environment, driving employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Focus:
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and translate them into actionable HR strategies and initiatives. Partner with departments to identify talent needs, develop workforce plans, and facilitate talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning efforts. Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and practices while managing employee relations issues effectively. Implement and oversee performance management processes, ensuring they align with the organization’s objectives and support employee growth and development.
Lead change initiatives by providing expertise in organizational design, development, and effectiveness. Drive employee engagement efforts, including surveys, action planning, and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. Ensure HR practices and policies are compliant with legal requirements and industry standards. Leverage HR metrics and data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Promote diversity and inclusion within the organization, fostering an inclusive culture.
Identify and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce. Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, promoting a harmonious work environment. Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Skill Set:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role. Banking/Financial Services background preferred. Deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations. Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong command of HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite, with a preference for experience in Workday and familiarity with data visualization tools as a bonus. A commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
