Our client is a dynamic and growing company that provides coaching and consulting services to health professionals, with a focus on enhancing marketing strategies to drive business success. They are currently seeking a Head of Marketing to join their team. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s digital marketing efforts and driving substantial growth.

Focus:
• Lead and execute both tactical and strategic digital marketing initiatives, with a proven ability to scale an online service-based company beyond $10M in revenue.
• Oversee and manage marketing teams, including media buyers, content creators, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) specialists, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
• Take full ownership of marketing efforts, committing entirely to the company’s success.
• Drive highly profitable and consistent paid advertising campaigns, particularly on Facebook, Google and YouTube.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance, using tools such as Google Sheets to track key metrics including CPM, ad spend, conversions, and other performance indicators.
• Develop sharp and engaging copywriting for marketing campaigns that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions.
• Launch new products and programs to market with a deep understanding of how to create demand, generate excitement, and maximize customer engagement.
Skill Set:
• Digital marketing professional with at least four years of expertise in driving business growth through online strategies, preferably with a successful background in promoting coaching or service-based organizations.
• At least 2+ years of experience leading and developing marketing teams.
• Proficient in Facebook ads, with a history of scaling profitable campaigns. Familiarity with Google/YouTube ads is a plus.
• Expert in analyzing marketing data and adjusting campaigns based on performance metrics.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with English as your first language.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives at once.
• Passionate about data and using it to drive decision-making in marketing.
• Proven experience launching successful products/programs and generating market demand.
