We are seeking a talented and experienced Hardware Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hands-on contributions throughout the product realization process and possesses the technical prowess to drive design, New Product Introduction (NPI), and technical support initiatives in the rapidly growing In-Building Wireless sector. This role is a unique opportunity to exhibit leadership by collaborating closely with various functional teams within the organization to foster innovation and elevate our position in the market.

Focus:
• Lead wireless design and implementation with deep expertise.
• Drive seamless NPI for smooth product transitions.
• Provide end-to-end technical support and quality assurance.
• Collaborate for effective cross-functional outcomes.
• Optimize product performance using hands-on RF skills.
• Enhance product functionality with strong RF knowledge.
• Contribute to signal integrity and EMC considerations.
• Innovate analog/RF solutions for optimal performance.
• Refine designs using schematic capture and simulation tools.
• Ensure compliance, optimize coverage, and performance.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and a minimum of five years of experience in designing wireless products.
• Strong cross-functional communication and leadership skills.
• Track record of board-level wireless design and delivery.
• Full product lifecycle support experience.
• Proficient in RF test equipment and wireless theory.
• Expertise in signal integrity, EMI, and EMC for PCBs.
• Analog/RF design proficiency, including key components.
• Familiar with schematic capture CAD and simulation tools.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Genesys, ADS, or similar tools.
Desired Skill Set:
• Advanced engineering degree and certifications.
• Familiarity with cavity/helical filters and wireless tech (DAS, D-RAN).
• Understanding of modulation, link budgets, ADCs, DACs, and FPGAs.
