They are currently seeking a Graphic Designer who can contribute positively to their established campaigns while also assisting in the development of innovative, goal-oriented new initiatives. Focus:

• Liaise with both internal teams and external vendors to facilitate the successful execution of marketing projects.
• Develop and manage tracking systems for marketing activities, guaranteeing that all projects are completed within the agreed parameters of time, scope, and budget.
• Partner closely with the branding team to ensure consistent application of brand standards across all creative outputs.
• Undertake market research to understand customer behaviors, preferences, and emerging trends.
• Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring brand consistency, meeting design requirements, and complying with regulatory guidelines.
• Engage in cross-departmental collaborations to create and implement innovative design concepts and solutions.
• Aid in creating engaging marketing copy and overseeing the production of promotional materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and support event planning for new product or service launches.

Skill Set:

• High School diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field, preferred.
• 2+ years of marketing, design, and/or communications experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative, and other design software.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple design projects including print and digital advertising, direct mail designs, tradeshow booth signage, and more.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
