Our client is a leading company in the film lighting industry and are globally renowned for their customized products and services. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Sales Director to lead their sales team and drive business growth internationally.
The Global Sales Director will have a proven track record of success in managing large product volumes, cultivating strong relationships with senior buyers, and achieving sales targets in the film lighting industry.

Focus:
Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy to meet revenue targets and drive market expansion. Manage and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success in achieving sales objectives. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with senior buyers and decision-makers within film rental dealers, leveraging existing connections to drive business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving electronics industry. Analyze sales data, generate reports, and present insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales performance. Implement KPI analytics to track and measure sales team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance sales productivity. Prepare and deliver weekly sales reports, highlighting key sales metrics, trends, and achievements to senior management and key stakeholders.
Skill Set:
8+ years of experience in film lighting with extensive senior-level industry contacts; virtual production experience is a strong plus. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required. Proficiency in languages other than English is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in sales leadership, managing large product volumes, and exceeding sales targets. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a focus on identifying market trends and opportunities. Results-oriented mindset, continuously improving sales outcomes and driving growth. Excellent leadership and team management abilities, fostering high-performing sales teams. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
