As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing geotechnical aspects of projects, ensuring the safety and stability of structures, and providing expert guidance to clients and project teams. With your extensive experience in geotechnical engineering, you will contribute to the successful execution of diverse projects, from residential and commercial buildings to infrastructure and transportation system.

Focus:

• Concurrent oversight of multiple projects.
• Supervision and guidance of technical personnel.
• Strategizing and overseeing geotechnical investigations, analyses, and report generation.
• Evaluating and examining plans and specifications.
• Supervising construction observation and testing services.
• Developing proposals and creating project plans.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering is highly preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in the state of CA.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in geotechnical engineering, including project management.
• Strong knowledge of geotechnical analysis and design software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines and budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with professionals from different disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate geotechnical risks.
• Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to geotechnical engineering.
• Ability to travel to project sites and work in various environmental conditions, as required
