Our client is an innovator in the IT services space, offering intelligent solutions for the transportation industry. They are currently seeking a talented Functional Analyst to join their dynamic team and contribute to their innovative initiatives.

This role will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and assessing the functional requirements of our systems and processes. They will collaborate with stakeholders, gather their needs, and translate them into clear and concise functional specifications, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that align with business objectives.

Focus:

Conduct requirements gathering activities, collaborate with stakeholders, conduct in-depth analysis, and document flows and business processes. Drive the design and execution of business analysis processes, identifying gaps and recommending enhancements to existing features to optimize performance and align with strategic objectives. Conduct thorough reviews of existing processes to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with the development team to design, execute, and coordinate robust functional tests, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Apply solid knowledge in application integration, distributed systems, and databases. Leverage solid knowledge in application integration, distributed systems, and databases to analyze complex technical landscapes, identify integration points, and propose efficient and scalable solutions. Utilize industry-standard modeling techniques such as UML, BPM, and state machines to visualize and communicate complex business processes.

Skill Set:

2+ years of demonstrated professional experience in functional analysis required. Bachelor’s degree in informatics engineering, mathematics, or related field. Expertise in requirements gathering, functional specifications, and documenting business flows. Skilled in product design and business process analysis (AS-IS and TO-BE). Proficient in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities Experience in executing and coordinating functional tests with development teams. Strong understanding of application integration, distributed systems, and databases. Technical proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, UML, BPM, and state machines.
