Our client is a leading healthcare facility dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality medical services to our patients. Their team of healthcare professionals are committed to improving the health and well-being of their community. They are currently seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join their team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment while efficiently managing administrative tasks. The Front Desk Coordinator will work closely with healthcare providers, support staff, and patients to ensure a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Focus:
Patient Check-In/Out: Greet, verify, and assist with check-in/out, schedule follow-ups, and collect payments. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate patient appointments, maintain accurate records. Communication: Handle phone calls and emails, assist with inquiries and scheduling. Insurance Verification: Verify insurance, explain coverage, assist with referrals. Records Management: Maintain and secure patient records, ensure compliance.
Payment Processing: Handle financial transactions accurately. Patient Comfort: Maintain a welcoming waiting area. Coordination: Collaborate with staff for efficient patient flow, follow protocols for emergencies and compliance.
Skill Set
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Previous experience in a medical office or dermatology setting is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks. Compassionate and patient-focused attitude. Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
