Our client, an esteemed wealth management firm, prides itself on its fiduciary commitment, specializing in comprehensive financial advisory, estate planning, and wealth generation. They’re on the lookout for a Financial Advisor to join their dynamic team, leveraging their expansive resources and in-house capabilities, all while acting in the best interest of their valued clientele.
The ideal Financial Advisor will be adept at developing meaningful client relationships, guiding individuals toward their financial aspirations, and seamlessly integrating into a system that values both client success and professional growth.

• Design and implement holistic financial plans, steering clients towards their financial objectives, whilst embodying the firm’s fiduciary ethos.
• Engage continuously in industry research and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in financial advisory.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, leveraging the firm’s in-house resources, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to the firm’s strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs.
• Regularly review and analyze client portfolios, making necessary adjustments to align with clients’ financial objectives and risk tolerance.
• Maintain a strong understanding of various financial products, market trends, and the regulatory environment to provide informed advice to clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a financial investment advisor.
• Series 65, Series 66, and/or CFP certifications.
• Ability to pass a Broker Check.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, with an emphasis on CRM platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proactive approach to client relations, underscored by a service-oriented mindset and unwavering ethical standards.
