To further this commitment, they are seeking a Field Services IT Specialist to join their team.
This pivotal role offers the unique opportunity to ensure both the office and production floor’s IT systems operate without a hitch, all while actively participating in transformative IT projects.

Champion smooth IT functionalities both on the administrative and on the production sides, serving as an indispensable technical pillar. Immerse in key IT endeavors, implementing your expertise. Collaborate closely with an array of professionals, from service desk personnel to senior techs, ensuring a synchronized and efficient IT support mechanism. Lead the charge in hardware-centric challenges, supervising a range of devices including, but not limited to, computers, printers, and scan guns. Spearhead regular strategic review and planning meetings to ascertain IT’s alignment with overarching business goals.
Oversee and guarantee the proper resolution of escalated IT incidents. Contribute actively to the IT knowledge base, ensuring its modernity and accuracy. Advocate and uphold essential health and safety protocols as mandated by the organization and legal bodies.
Hold a degree in a technical field.
2+ years of experience in field IT services experience. Demonstrated background in a manufacturing environment preferred. Hands-on experience with hardware diagnostics; familiarity with an array of equipment from conventional computers to specialized scan guns. Experience with ticketing platforms like ServiceNow and proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Teams and OneDrive. Strong knowledge of IP networks, Ethernet frameworks, and related systems.
Proven diagnostic, troubleshooting, and solution-oriented skills. Excellent teamwork, strategy, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support business needs.
