This team is looking for a motivated individual with hands-on experience in radiology equipment troubleshooting and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting installations, servicing advanced imaging systems, and building strong client relationships across healthcare facilities.

Focus:
Perform installations, routine maintenance, and repairs on designated imaging systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance checks and safety inspections to maintain compliance and performance standards.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, repair logs, and customer interactions in alignment with company protocols.
Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication, timely service responses, and professional support.
Collaborate with manufacturers and technical teams to resolve complex equipment issues and escalate as needed.
Participate in continued education and training programs to maintain technical certifications and stay current on equipment advances.
Occasionally serve in an on-call capacity during weekends, responding to urgent service requests.
Travel locally as needed to support customer sites, with accommodations for toll and mileage expenses.
Skill Set:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting diagnostic imaging systems, including digital radiography and women’s health modalities, in healthcare environments.
Prior training or experience with systems from leading OEMs such as Siemens or GE is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness and technical clarity.
Proficient in using diagnostic software tools and interpreting electronic schematics.
Comfortable lifting equipment up to 40–50 pounds and performing physical tasks associated with system installations and repairs.
Availability to work standard business hours, with occasional weekend or evening support as needed.
