Focus:

• Perform diagnostics, inspections, routine maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and engine-related issues efficiently
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair status, timelines, and necessary maintenance
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Use diagnostic tools, equipment, and software to aid in vehicle assessments and repairs.

Skill Set:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in automotive maintenance and repair
• Formal training in automotive mechanics (vocational school, technical training program, etc.) is a plus
• ASE Certification or willingness to obtain it (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
