Our client is an important part of the public safety system, offering users connectivity through wireless networks, broadband, and Wi-Fi. They are committed to providing essential communication services to ensure the safety and security of communities. Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level support to their executive leadership team.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and a talent for working effectively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.

Focus:
Proficiently organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments, meetings, and appointments for executives. Handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks with precision and attention to detail. Skillfully establish priorities and ensure that key tasks are completed on time. Conduct information research, analysis, and evaluation to support decision-making processes. Exhibit advanced verbal and written communication skills when interacting with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrate advanced computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Manage both personal and professional activities for the executive team, maintaining confidentiality and discretion. Be available for after-hours calls or emails, as well as occasional tasks that may arise outside regular working hours. Act as a Personal Assistant (PA) alongside executive support, catering to both personal and professional needs of the executive team.
Skill Set:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, with evidence of handling similar responsibilities. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to collaborate successfully with individuals of varying personalities and a broad range of constituencies. Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software. Flexibility to handle after-hours responsibilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
