They are looking to hire an Executive Administrative Assistant to support daily office administration and assist executives and leadership teams in the execution of company goals, objectives, and growth.
The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing executive, administrative, and development support across various teams. This individual will prepare documents, organize schedules, meetings, travel, manage office maintenance, and assist with logistics, as needed.

Focus:
• Support the day-to-day of the executive team by providing administrative support.
• Responsible for clerical duties, including phone calls and mail, answer questions, identify and prioritize calls and requests, and provide accurate information in a professional manner.
• Manage calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements for leadership.
• Create documents and organize data for internal and external executive use such as ad hoc projects, excel sheets, reports, and letter drafting.
• Support company event coordination including brainstorming, planning, sourcing materials, sponsors and vendors, scheduling, setting up and taking down.
• Prepare and track expense reports with appropriate oversight.
• Organize and maintain confidential correspondence and files.
• Use discretion when working with confidential information concerning the company, executive management, and employees.
• Support team camaraderie and exemplify a positive attitude to extend the leadership and direction of the office.
Skill Set:
• 5+ years of experience in executive administration roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Background in the entertainment space, a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Able to interpret problems and present clear, actionable solutions to people across a range of departments.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing multiple tasks with changing priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
