Epicor Consultant

Currently, they are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Epicor Consultant to join their team.

The Epicor Consultant will play a crucial role in implementing and configuring Epicor ERP systems for diverse clients. The primary focus will be on understanding client requirements, configuring the system to meet those needs, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.

Focus:

• Configure and implement Epicor ERP solutions tailored to client specifications across various modules, including Manufacturing, Financials, Maintenance, and Purchasing.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop appropriate solutions within budget and timeline constraints.
• Provide expert consultation on Epicor ERP, ensuring systems are optimized to meet client needs.
• Participate in fact-finding meetings to understand client processes and objectives.
• Deliver end-user training and support to ensure seamless adoption of the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues, driving continuous improvement.

Skill Set:

• Proven experience with Epicor ERP configuration and implementation.
• Strong background in manufacturing, with a deep understanding of ERP systems’ role in this sector.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Flexibility to travel as required, balancing remote work with on-site client visits.
