We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Operations Manager to lead and oversee field operations for a team of technicians and apprentices at an established electrical company. This role focuses on ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery by spending a significant portion of time (80% or more) directly engaging with the team onsite to provide hands-on supervision, skills training, guidance, and performance feedback.

Focus:

Lead field operations by actively working alongside team members, providing instruction, troubleshooting, and mentorship to develop technical proficiency and service excellence.

Conduct regular performance assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement training sessions to build skill levels and service capabilities among field staff.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices across all project sites.

Skill Set:

Must hold a current and valid Master Electrician certification issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

Demonstrated leadership experience in a supervisory role within the electrical services industry.

Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance best practices.
