As the Dispatch Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in their operational framework. Reporting directly to the Director of Field Operations, you’ll be entrusted with the leadership of a dynamic dispatch team. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless coordination of services, optimizing processes, and upholding the company’s commitment to excellence across diverse regions.

Focus:
• Lead a growing dispatch team, ensuring alignment with service delivery goals and efficient operations across multiple regions.
• Implement and refine dispatch processes, ensuring seamless coordination and timely service delivery.
• Handle daily operations, managing a significant volume of dispatches across diverse regions.
• Engage with stakeholders, ensuring open communication and timely updates on dispatch operations and challenges.
• Innovate and implement reporting mechanisms, ensuring transparency and efficiency in dispatch operations.
• Handle escalations with professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction and operational continuity.
• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of dispatchers, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
• Deliver consistent reporting on various metrics, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
Skill Set:
• 5+ years of hands-on dispatch experience, ideally within the telecom sector.
• Proven track record in dispatch management, with the ability to optimize processes and lead teams to peak performance.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, especially when navigating high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, ensuring seamless coordination and understanding across teams.
• Authorized to work within the United States.
