They are seeking a highly experienced Director, Preconstruction Services to oversee and drive the preconstruction phase of mission-critical projects. The successful candidate will lead the development of cost estimates, schedules, and strategic plans to ensure project feasibility and success from conception through handover.

Focus:
• Lead the preconstruction process for complex mission-critical construction projects.
• Develop and refine project costs, work plans, timetables, and budget forecasts to ensure comprehensive project execution.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to align project objectives and design elements with client needs and budget.
• Build relationships with potential partners through strategic discussions, showcasing the company’s unique strengths.

• Stay abreast of evolving market dynamics, technological advancements, and shifting compliance requirements to inform strategic decision-making.
Skill Set:
• University degree in a field related to the built environment (Engineering, Design, or Construction Sciences)
• Seasoned professional (Minimum decade of experience) with a strong background in managing complex projects and driving business results in highly specialized sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project preparations simultaneously while ensuring adherence to timeline and budget constraints.
• Excels in building connections and fostering collaborative environments.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Deep understanding of the complexities of project initiation, including the integration of technical, financial, and design considerations.
