Magazine Fastest Growing Company, they have surpassed revenue expectations year over year. They are currently seeking a Director of Sales for their Voice Services division. In this role, you will lead sales strategies and team management, focusing on promoting and expanding the company’s voice services offerings. This position demands a seasoned professional who can drive significant revenue growth while managing a high-performing sales team.
As the Director of Sales, your expertise in voice services will be crucial for mentoring your team, developing key business strategies, and building strong customer relationships. The role requires a dynamic blend of leadership, technical understanding, and sales acumen.

Lead the sales team in enterprise solutions, with a strategic emphasis on Microsoft Voice products, to establish and meet ambitious sales goals. Develop and execute business strategies to build a consistent sales pipeline for voice solution products, aligning with overall company objectives. Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within the voice services sector. Engage with the C-suite and key decision-makers, presenting a portfolio of solutions. Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet diverse client needs. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements, especially in areas related to Microsoft technologies. Implement training initiatives to elevate team proficiency in various voice services offerings. Analyze market dynamics to inform and adapt sales strategies, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry evolution.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. 7 – 10 years of B2B sales experience in the telecom industry, with a focus on Voice Services. At least 3+ years of sales management experience, leading and developing sales teams. Proven success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in Voice Services. Strong understanding of telecom products, particularly Voice Services. Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and MS Office Suite. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
