Our client is a rapidly growing Ethernet provider with a strong presence in the broadband, unified communications, and managed services sectors. Our client boasts a vast network, positioning them as a leader in providing top-tier, fiber-grade speed and connectivity solutions to numerous businesses. As the Director of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client’s product portfolio. You will be responsible for solidifying existing product offerings, identifying and filling product gaps, and generating innovative ideas to enhance market share, improve customer experiences, and drive growth. By deeply researching and understanding customer needs and expectations, you will define and communicate the product vision to internal stakeholders and external partners. This role will require you to review and refine product pricing and positioning strategies, prepare detailed product requirements, and coordinate product launches. As a product evangelist, you will build awareness and understanding while nurturing relationships with customers to gather valuable feedback.

Skill Set:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications Product Management.
• Significant experience in managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle.
• Proven track record of developing product and marketing strategies and effectively communicating recommendations to executive management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
