Our client, a premier nationwide telecom integrator, specializes in delivering comprehensive structured cabling solutions for a diverse range of projects. As part of their expansion, they are seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Operations to lead and oversee their structured cabling division.
The Director of Operations will play a pivotal role as the linchpin between clients, project teams, and internal departments. This role is responsible for the successful execution of structured cabling projects, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong track record of project leadership, cost management, and fostering client relationships.

Focus:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams on all structured cabling initiatives.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project completion.
• Evaluate design alternatives and propose optimal solutions considering cost, engineering excellence, and material availability.
• Lead project execution by providing guidance to project teams, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop accurate project budget forecasts and proactively manage budget requirements in alignment with business goals.
• Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless project delivery, maintaining focus on scope and schedule.
• Uphold accountability for quality and cost-efficiency of CNS network services & solutions.
• Enforce adherence to BICSI & industry best practices, as well as compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Drive consistent profitability for all services while upholding exceptional quality and customer service.
• Regularly assess operational efficiency and initiate necessary enhancements to maximize staff productivity.

Skill Set
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s with RCDD & BICSI/OEM certifications considered.
• 15+ years experience in Infrastructure Cabling, covering RCDD Design, Project Management, and more.
• Mandatory BICSI RCDD certification.
• Expertise in Copper & Fiber Termination & Testing, along with relevant certifications.
• Proficiency in Cable OEM Certifications.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing training and certifications.
• Skilled in CAD software and cable testing tools.
• Familiarity with Project Management software & MS Office 365.
• Exceptional communication skills, autonomous issue resolution, and negotiation acumen.
• Results-driven leader with innovative problem-solving skills.
