In alignment with their expansion goals and dedication to excellence, they are seeking a Director of Mobility to guide their mobile market entry from strategy to execution. Formulate and execute a mobile strategy that complements the company’s overarching business objectives, maintaining stewardship of the business. Champion the business case for mobile initiatives, ensuring strategic investments yield optimal returns and align with broader corporate goals. Steer the go-to-market plan, encompassing pricing strategies, customer acquisition, and retention tactics to realize targeted business economics. Provide inspirational leadership to a dedicated team of mobile product managers, developers, marketers, and billing specialists, cultivating a culture of innovation and collaboration. Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring delivery of mobile services that meet rigorous standards for quality and innovation.
Lead user-centered innovation by leveraging user feedback and market insights to guide ongoing enhancements and new mobile offerings. Manage the mobile division’s budget, optimizing resource allocation and cost management for project delivery. Set and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on the mobile division’s success in meeting strategic objectives.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, with a Master’s preferred. 5+ years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility within mobile development, management, or leadership. Demonstrated leadership experience, with a preference for backgrounds in Mobile Network Operators or MVNOs. Expertise in the mobile landscape, including industry trends, technologies, platforms, and development methodologies. Strategic mindset with a record of making data-driven decisions and a passion for innovation and user experience design principles. Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with cross-functional teams and articulating complex ideas at all levels of the organization.
