Our client provides a range of health solutions for patients in rural communities. They are looking to hire a Director of Marketing to support the CMO in developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals.
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and improve customer retention. They will oversee all communication efforts, including public relations, media outreach, and content development.

Focus:
Work closely with the CMO to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and ROI on marketing investments. Oversee all communication efforts, including public relations, media outreach, social media, and content development. Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts to drive positive coverage and brand awareness. Develop and execute strategic communication plans for product launches, events, and other key initiatives. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Skill Set:
5+ years of experience in marketing and communications. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. Background in marketing with health or finance industry preferred. Experience in media relations and working with reporters, editors, etc. Excellent writing, editing, and strategic planning skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing and communication strategies that drive growth and revenue. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
