Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing specialty LED lighting and controls manufacturer, is seeking an adept professional for the role of Director of Inside Sales & Support. As the Director of Inside Sales & Support, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and ensuring unparalleled customer support in the dynamic field of LED lighting. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and customer relations will be instrumental in advancing our client’s market presence.

• Oversee customer care operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries and concerns.
• Leverage CRM tools, including Salesforce.com, to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record with 5-7 years of experience in a sales and support environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong organizational and people management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of lighting systems, wiring, and the ability to interpret blueprints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience with CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce.com proficiency.
