Focus:
Collaborate confidently with senior shareholders of the Company to provide financial insights and guidance, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes. Utilize exceptional analytical skills, organizational prowess, and meticulous attention to detail to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Harness strong interpersonal and communication abilities to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams, facilitating seamless information exchange and driving financial understanding across the organization. Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze complex financial data, construct models, and generate insightful reports for informed decision-making. Draw upon past experience in diagnostic or life science companies to offer valuable industry insights and perspectives that inform financial strategies and initiatives. Lead by example with a strong professional demeanor, fostering a collaborative and influential presence to engage effectively with senior executives and stakeholders. Exhibit a robust understanding of financial principles and practices, demonstrating your adeptness in matters of accounting, taxation, and compliance.
Oversee financial audits, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. Contribute to the company’s growth and expansion by exploring opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement.
Skill Set:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting; CPA preferred, though not mandatory.
A track record of 8-10 years of experience in progressively responsible finance roles, showcasing your proficiency in financial management and strategy. Demonstrated ability to work with senior executives and stakeholders, instilling confidence through effective communication and collaboration. Expertise in using advanced Excel functionalities for financial analysis, modeling, and reporting. Preferred experience in diagnostic or life science companies, affording you an advantageous perspective on industry-specific financial dynamics. Authorized to work in the US for any employer
