Our client is a rapidly growing Ethernet provider with a strong presence in the broadband, unified communications, and managed services sectors. As the Director of Field Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer care and the successful execution of all Technical Operations activities, including dispatch, installation, service, construction, design, materials management/warehousing, and daily workloads. You will provide strategic leadership, direction, and coordination to optimize company profitability and enhance customer satisfaction. This role demands expertise in technical operations, project management, and leadership to meet service metrics and quality assurance goals.

Focus:
Develop and execute business strategies to meet service metrics and quality goals. Oversee network performance, service delivery, and subscriber satisfaction.
Define and monitor KPIs for optimal service quality. Formulate strategies for network and financial objectives. Lead and motivate a high-performance team. Recruit, train, and develop staff for growth. Drive continuous learning and skill development.
Manage team finances and strategic planning. Cultivate strategic partnerships for efficient operations. Exercise independent judgment with regular attendance.
Skill Set:
8-10 years of technical experience in the telecommunications industry. A minimum of 5 years of enterprise technical experience or equivalent. 5 years of project management experience. Proven management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. At least 10 years of extensive experience in the installation and repair of WAN/LAN and WAP-related equipment.
Possession of relevant industry and vendor-specific certifications and training, such as: Master Technician, HFC Networks Business Class Services Specialist. CCENT and/or CCNA (SP) Effective communication in English, both verbal and written. Strong multitasking and project management abilities.
Decisive problem-solving skills, even under pressure. Skilled in supervising and motivating teams. Proficient in computer applications and data analysis.
