The Director of Customer Success will be at the forefront, orchestrating the seamless operations of the Customer Engagement team. This role demands a visionary who can craft strategies to enhance service levels, sustain customer loyalty, and tackle diverse business challenges. As the Director, you will be pivotal in ensuring that client interactions are not just transactions but transformative experiences.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and ensure the accuracy of order information.
• HS Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within customer service or client engagement.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing client engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at building and nurturing relationships across all organizational levels.
• Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
• Proficient in relevant computer software such as MS Office, CRMs, order management systems, etc.
• Stellar communication skills, adept at fostering team collaboration, resolving conflicts, and conveying intricate ideas to ensure cohesive customer success strategies.
