Focus:

Own the full finance function, including FP&A, accounting operations, compliance, audit, and financial reporting.

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to align financial performance with strategic initiatives and growth targets.

Develop and maintain internal controls, financial policies, and systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Partner directly with the executive team to provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.

Oversee cash flow planning, capital allocation, and funding strategies to support scalability and operational excellence.

Evaluate and implement systems and technology improvements across finance and accounting functions.

Serve as the primary financial liaison across internal departments, fostering collaboration and fiscal accountability.

Skill Set:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or Master’s preferred.

CPA and/or CFA certification highly desirable.

7–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally within route-based B2C environments.

Proven track record of financial strategy development and execution in growth-oriented businesses.

Expertise in ERP systems, financial modeling, and internal controls.

Natural collaborator and influencer with sharp analytical and communication skills.

Comfortable in a high-accountability, entrepreneurial environment.
