Our client is a rapidly growing manufacturer in the personal health and wellness space – with a focus on women’s health. They are hiring a Director of Brand – DTC to drive market share for their product lines. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in DTC omnichannel marketing with an entrepreneurial mindset.
The Director of Brand – DTC will assist in developing, designing, and implementing effective branding strategies to build the brand and increase customer awareness. This role will collaborate with various internal teams to conduct market analyses, execute promotional campaigns and events, and develop profitable positioning for the brand.

Focus:
Lead brand positioning, identify target audiences, and market opportunities, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. Spearhead the execution of brand marketing strategies, leveraging internal support and collaboration. Manage product marketing lifecycle from end to end, including developing value propositions and business cases for new products.
Work with product management, sales, engineering, and customer services to ensure a unified message and stay up to date on product knowledge. Help build awareness by developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies to meet consumer needs and maximize ROI. Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads. Build upon existing partnerships and cultivate new relationships with business vendors and external partners. Conduct reporting on new products, marketing strategy, competitive intelligence, and relevant market trends.
Skill Set:
4-6+ years of marketing/brand management-related experience. In-house, DTC experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques and familiarity with media marketing campaigns.
Proven experience developing and executing profitable DTC marketing plans and campaigns. Background successfully working and interacting with creative teams. Continuous learner who can adapt to industry trends in social platforms and advertising technologies. Team-oriented leader who excels in a fast-paced, startup culture. Exceptional leadership, communication, project management, organizational, and time management skills.
