They are hiring a Digital Marketing Analyst to support marketing efforts and analyze campaign performance.
The Digital Marketing Analyst will assist in current and new marketing initiatives aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate should be skilled in data analysis and adept at creating insightful reports. This role will be to be organized, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines effectively.

Focus:
• Collaborate with talented internal teams and external partners to bring marketing projects to life.
• Be a driving force in achieving ambitious KPI targets, working hand in hand with sales and various departments.
• Ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
• Monitor and report the progress of marketing campaigns and support SEO and SEM programs in coordination with vendors.
• Manage online business profiles and conduct competitor analysis.
• Develop analytical reports to assess digital performance and campaign progress.
• Assist in planning new marketing campaigns and identifying opportunities.
• Utilize Cloud software for email campaigns and reports.
• Assist in website and content management on various platforms.
• Collaborate with the content team on creative initiatives.
• Support audit efforts to ensure data accuracy before implementation.
Skill Set:
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and analytics.
• Industry experience in healthcare and/or insurance, a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent writing, editing, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, CRM, and Salesforce.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing and communication strategies that drive growth and revenue.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
