Our client, a prominent player in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a skilled Die Cutting Specialist to join their team. This role is pivotal in operating and maintaining Bobst die cutting equipment to produce high-quality customized products. The Die Cutting Specialist will ensure operational excellence and adherence to product specifications.

Focus:
• Operate and maintain Bobst flatbed/platen die cutting equipment, including die installation, adjustments, and minor repairs.
• Prepare machines and work area for the start of shifts, ensuring all materials and tools are ready for operation.
• Monitor output for adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operation.
• Manage documentation related to machine operations, including setup, maintenance, and daily output.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and management to address any operational or mechanical issues.
• Participate in overtime work as needed to meet production schedules and customer demands.
Skill Set:
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Proven experience operating Bobst machines or similar die cutting equipment.
• Basic mathematical and reading skills, with the ability to use measuring tools like rulers and calipers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication skills, with proficiency in conveying information to team members and management.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting purposes.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine machine maintenance.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
