Our client is a leader in the fiber and hosted voice services industry with over 15 years of history providing first-rate internet services. They are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, generating insights, and supporting decision-making through comprehensive reporting. This role involves working closely with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and performance through effective data management and analysis.

Focus:

• Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to produce meaningful insights that drive business decisions.
• Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand data needs and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
• Assist in integrating and managing data within the organization’s ERP system, preferably NetSuite.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis and support for various projects, identifying trends, patterns, and potential improvement areas.

Skill Set:

• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver clear insights.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with NetSuite is highly desirable.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databases is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for working with data.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
• Strong communication skills to present data findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI is preferred.
