Their outstanding products are renowned in commercial and consumer markets. They are hiring a Customer Service Rep to manage customer satisfaction and order accuracy.
The Customer Service Representative will support the sales department in all customer service-related tasks. This role will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, quotes, placing orders, and monitoring shipping progress and satisfaction. Overall, the Customer Service Representative will be directly ensuring customer satisfaction and operational success.

Focus:
• Support customer order processing by receiving, ensuring accuracy, and reassigning orders to appropriate departments.
• Ensure orders meet customer shipping requirements and timeframes.
• Be a product expert across our ever-growing suite of products and educate our clients to provide the most value.
• Manage customer issues and shipping errors as they arise.
• Communicate customer requirements with appropriate sales teams.
• Support other customer service reps and provide guidance and assistance as needed.
Skill Set:
• Background in design, preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in project management (with in a luxury product environment, a plus).
• Previous experience in the lighting industry and/or knowledge of lighting products, a plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail – rarely making typos and noticing discrepancies that others would miss.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make confident decisions.
• Excellent teamwork, organization, accuracy, and both verbal and written communication skills.
