Responsibilities:
• Conduct CT procedures independently, demonstrating technical proficiency.
• Gather patient history, explain procedures, and address patient concerns effectively.
• Acquire high-quality tomographic images as outlined by department standards.
• Apply ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes across various technical procedures.
• Manage equipment for x-ray film exposure and develop PACS imaging documentation.
• Ensure safe equipment operation while maintaining high standards across all procedure types.
• Foster positive professional relationships with colleagues and interdepartmental staff.
• Apply standard concepts, practices, and procedures proficiently.
• Utilize experience and judgment for goal-oriented planning and execution.
• Work autonomously under general supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills:
• State registration as a certified radiologic and computerized tomography tech
• Current ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (RT) and Computed Tomography (CT).
• Valid hands-on CPR certification
Physical Demands: This role may involve lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, extended periods of sitting, and frequent standing and walking.
