• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA highly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within the telecom/CLEC sector, demonstrating a substantial impact on revenue growth.
• 6+ years’ experience in managing high-performing sales teams and complex, multi-disciplinary project groups.
• Expert-level understanding of the competitive dynamics and regulatory environment of the CLEC/telecom industry.
• Demonstrable proficiency in sales strategy, market penetration, and revenue maximization.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills, with a history of securing significant accounts and partnerships.
• Technical knowledge of telecom infrastructures, VoIP, unified communications, and next-generation networking technologies.
• Strategic financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and investments to optimize revenue outcomes.
