The Critical Facilities Operations Manager will be someone with a strong background in data center environments and the ability to effectively manage personnel and teams.

Focus:
• Direct and manage the ongoing activities essential to maintaining the reliability and efficiency of mission-critical data center infrastructure.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of essential electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to meet operational standards.
• Manage and mentor facility personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization to address technical issues and optimize performance.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to generate reports, track performance, and manage team schedules.
Skill Set:
• Seasoned infrastructure professional with more than seven years of experience delivering high-availability solutions in dynamic data center settings.
• Proven leadership background with over seven years of experience guiding high-performing teams.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong technical expertise, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across various levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership ability to direct work teams and ensure smooth operational workflows.
