The Controller is responsible for providing accurate financial information in accordance with US GAAP, ensuring compliance, and overseeing various financial operations including payroll, budgeting, and reporting.

Focus:
• Record purchase orders (POs) and invoices in the general ledger (GL) and economic models for DevEx/CapEx costs, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
• Manage PO submission, tracking, and review in customer systems to maintain consistency between CX, accounting, service revenue, and equipment sales.
• Assist in inputting vendor POs and invoices into the correct accounts and assets, troubleshooting errors as needed.
• Perform cash reconciliations for OpEx, DevEx, and CapEx, maintaining accurate records for future capital requests.
• Conduct budget versus actuals analysis and process write-offs as necessary.
• Oversee payroll processing, including journal entries and new hire processes related to payroll and benefits.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and AP payment requests.
• Manage sales tax filings and assist in the annual budget process.
• Prepare presentations for board meetings and maintain accurate financial records.
• Update asset economic models and address ad hoc finance/accounting requests promptly.
• Provide support for capital calls/memos and respond to finance/accounting inquiries.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required; MBA, CPA, or CFA highly desirable.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Avalara, and Trullion.
• High proficiency in MS Office suite and standard office equipment.
